Emily has been a licensed physical therapist since 2014 and has been working in pelvic health since 2017. She works with women of all ages and in all stages of life who deal with pelvic floor dysfunction such as; bowel/bladder concerns, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, and painful intercourse/penetration. She's also specialized in treating women throughout and after their pregnancy to assure continued strength and decreased pain and dysfunction as their bodies go through these stages of change. Emily uses a full body approach to treatment using a Specialized Functional Movement Assessment, hands on internal/external manual techniques and intentional exercises to correct the dysfunction at hand. She uses Alpha Stim, Pain neuroscience, Dry Needling, KT taping, Manual therapy, External and Internal work, and Cold Laser to help her clients regain function. Barbara has been a licensed physical therapist since 1984 and has been working in pelvic health since 1999. She opened her practice in 2000 and was joined by Beth Goldman, PT in 2017. They treat conditions associated with pre and post-partum, urinary and fecal control issues (frequency, delay, incontinence, interstitial cystitis, constipation, and others), tailbone pain (coccygodynia), pudendal neuralgia, pelvic and abdominal pain, vaginismus, and painful intercourse. Some specifically male issues that they work with include post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence, urinary frequency and burning, abdominal pain, hard flaccid, and penis and scrotal pain. Both therapists provide internal and external work, manual therapy, dry needling, biofeedback, and education. Their practice is considered out-of-network with all insurance companies, but they provide a superbill which can be utilized for out of network coverage.

AdaPT Wellness is a mobile practice serving Greater Charlotte, including a 20 mile radius from uptown and strives to provide and safe space for all and inclusive care to the LGBTQIA+ community.

Ginger been a licensed PT since 1997 and has been working in pelvic health with prenatal patients since 2012. She expanded to internal exams and all areas of pelvic health in 2022. Ginger is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedics and is Certified by Myopain Seminars in Dry Needling. She is also an assistant instructor for MyoPain Seminars in their Dry Needling series. Erica graduated from PT school in 2024 and began training and working in pelvic health while still in PT school. She joined the team at Pin Point in 2025 and is treating both male and female patients. The Pin Point team works with adult men and women with incontinence, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, and pregnancy related issues. They use manual techniques, (including internal exams/interventions), dry needling, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and education on nutrition, stress management, and sleep hygiene to promote pelvic health. Ginger owns Pin Point Physical Therapy and is partnering with the community to get you back to the things you love without pain or leaking using natural solutions. Pin Point Physical Therapy is located in the South Park area of Charlotte. Pin Point is a Medicare Provider, and is out of network with other commercial insurances. They will file claims for some commercial insurances electronically so you can be reimbursed for your visits.
